Mixed Tomato and Burrata Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 x 125g Fresh Burrata
  • 3 Ripe tomatoes
  • 200g Truss Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • To season Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 6 slices Grilled sourdough

Place the balls of burrata in the centre of a large platter. Arrange the tomato slices around the burrata, then sprinkle over the basil leaves.

Place the olive oil, Red Wine Vinegar & Vino Cotto into a small bowl and whisk together to combine.

To serve, drizzle the dressing over the burrata & tomatoes, season with sea salt & freshly ground black pepper. Serve with grilled sourdough.
