Almonds Toasted with Fennel Seeds and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup Raw almonds
  • 1 tspn Sea salt
  • 1 tbspn Fennel seeds

Preheat fan forced oven to 200C.

In a medium bowl, mix the raw almonds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt and fennel seeds, ensuring the almonds are well coated.

Place on a non-stick baking tray and into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
