Soft Polenta with Parmesan
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Fine Polenta
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup Thickened Cream
- 100g Parmesan
- to season Sea Salt and Ground White Pepper
- to serve Parmesan
Place the milk into a large pot and place over a high heat, bring to the boil then slowly add the polenta, continually stirring.
Reduce to a medium heat and allow too cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the mixture has thickened, then stir in the butter, cream & parmesan.
Season to taste.
