Warm Brioche with Burnt Fig, Honeycomb & Caramel Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Brioche Rolls

Description: Preparation time – 10 minutes

Pre heat a fan forced oven to 200C.

Place the brioche rolls onto a lined baking tray.

Remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow to sit for 10 to 15 mins to soften (this timing will depend on the temperature of the room).

Meanwhile place the brioche into the pre-heated oven and allow to bake for 5 to 7 mins, just so that the roll has heated through.

Remove and immediately tear in half and place a scoop of the Burnt Fig, Honeycomb & Caramel ice cream into the centre, place the other half on top and serve.
