What is a "fractional" share? +
A fractional share is a ‘part’ of a share. Upstreet purchases whole shares for our customers and puts them into a unit trust on your behalf. When you're rewarded for a purchase, you'll receive units in that trust giving you a fractional interest in the underlying share.
What is Upstreet? +
Upstreet is an Australian-based company which offers its members the ability to earn fractional shares every time they shop with over 400 brands. The Upstreet app is free to download. To learn more about Upstreet and how it works, click here.
How do I redeem my share rewards? +
Create a Maggie Beer Food Club account. Tick the “Join Rewards Program” checkbox to join the rewards program. Make a purchase and get automatically rewarded in fractional shares (ASX: MBH). To receive your reward you must be signed in to the Maggie Beer Food Club when making a Maggie Beer purchase.
Do I need to be signed into the Food Club, when making a purchase, in order to receive my fractional share rewards? +
Yes. You also need to have created an Upstreet account using the same email and phone number that you used when signing up to the Maggie Beer Food Club. Please see the FAQ “How do I redeem my share rewards” for an explanation of how to sign up to Upstreet.
Who can open an Upstreet account? +
To open an Upstreet account you need to be at least 18 years of age and an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or visa resident of Australia for tax purposes.
Can I withdraw my shares? +
You may withdraw any earnings held with Upstreet for more than 31 days (certain exclusions apply). Simply email a completed withdrawal form to maggiebeer@upstreet.co. Limitations and fees apply. See the Upstreet website for a copy of the withdrawal form.

It will usually take 1-5 days for your shares to show up on the Upstreet App. If you made a purchase but haven’t received your share reward, please email: maggiebeer@upstreet.co.
