Strawberry, Blueberry and Coconut Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbspn Chia Seed
  • 1 tin Coconut Milk
  • 2 cup Water

Wash blueberries. De-hull strawberries and add both together with raspberries.

Place in blender with chopped banana, chia seeds, coconut milk, water and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
