Maggie Beer cookbooks to give as gifts
Those who know Maggie personally will know that she loves to read—you can never have enough books, books, books! Maggie believes everyone should have a collection of good cookbooks that inspire. Her own treasured collection of favourites has great recipes and techniques that she returns to time and time again for ongoing inspiration.
Maggie’s own range of cookbooks would make a wonderful gift for someone who loves to cook. Each of her books offers a wonderful blend of Maggie Beer signature recipes, tips for healthy eating, anecdotes from life at her Barossa farm and orchard, and reflections on memorable meals with family and friends.
Maggie is the first to admit that any recipe is only a guide. For the best cookbooks to give as gifts, Maggie Beer books offer the perfect balance between a recipe book and a sharing of wisdom gained from her years in the kitchen. Share the daily joys of cooking and the pleasures of the table with a heartfelt gift for a passionate home cook.

We dispatch our orders with Australia Post with current metro delivery times at 3-6 business days. During COVID-19, delays are frequent, we please ask for your patience and understanding. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of the time of purchase or the earliest possible convenience.
Deliveries sent through Australia Post will now default to ‘Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave’ which means the receiver will still sign for a parcel whenever they are home. If the receiver is not home and Australia Post determines there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises, they will leave it there. Australia Post will also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely and give the receiver access to this. If there’s no safe place, Australia Post will leave a notification to the receiver and take the parcel to a nearby Post office for the receiver to pick up and sign for.
Refunds or returns will not be given for late delivery outside our delivery guarantees or predicted delivery times with Australia Post.

Where we can, we’ve done our best to give you both gram weight and cup measurements to make Maggie’s recipes easier to cook according to what makes sense in your kitchen.
Unless specified otherwise, all of Maggie’s recipes are based on fan-forced oven temperatures. If using a conventional (that is non-fan-forced) oven you may need to increase the temperature by 10 or 20ºC (50 or 68ºF). Fan-assisted ovens differ from fan-forced ovens in that use of the fan is optional, making them more flexible.
We authorize a payment on your credit card when you place your order, and then confirm payment when your order is packed ready to send to you. This may be the same day you place your order, or a few days afterwards, depending on our packing roster.
A special note for Maggie fans outside of Australia – unfortunately due to varying customs laws we cannot offer Maggie’s products for international delivery. You can of course send a package to an Australian address if you are living outside of Australia and we will simply email the receipt to you once you have ordered.
When you join the food club, we send you an email containing a link, which you’ll need to click to confirm your membership.
This just makes sure that you have access to the email address you used to join.
