Apricots in Verjuice Syrup with Warm Ricotta

INGREDIENTS

  • 120g Warm Verjuice Ricotta
  • 1.5 cup Dried Apricots In Verjuice Syrup
  • 2 tbspn Toasted almonds

Scoop ricotta onto 4 dessert plates while still warm (if you have made yours from scratch).

Top with apricots and almonds and pour over some syrup from the apricots.

This could also be done with Rich Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
