Basic Bircher Muesli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Fresh Apple Juice
  • To serve Toasted almond flakes
  • To serve Toasted almond flakes

  • Collect all your ingredients.

  • Place the oats into a medium size mixing bowl, pour over the Verjuice and apple juice, cover and allow to soak for up to 12 hours in the fridge.

  • To serve, remove the bircher from the fridge and give it a good stir, then divide between 4 serving bowls.

  • Top with seasonal fresh or stewed fruit and sprinkle over the almond flakes.
