Creamy Bircher Muesli with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Full cream Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Full cream milk
  • Pinch of Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbspn Honey
  • 2 tbspn Honey
  • 1 batch Honey Roasted Stone Fruit
  • Pinch of Ground cinnamon
  • To serve Extra honey

  • Place the oats into a large mixing bowl, then add the yoghurt, milk, Verjuice, cinnamon and honey and mix together until well combined. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

  • The next morning, give the muesli a good stir and divide into 4 serving bowls. Top with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits and any of the baking juices from the fruits and drizzle over honey to serve.
