Creamy Bircher Muesli with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 2 cups Full cream Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup Full cream milk
- Pinch of Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbspn Honey
- 2 tbspn Honey
- 1 batch Honey Roasted Stone Fruit
- Pinch of Ground cinnamon
- To serve Extra honey

Place the oats into a large mixing bowl, then add the yoghurt, milk, Verjuice, cinnamon and honey and mix together until well combined. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, give the muesli a good stir and divide into 4 serving bowls. Top with Honey Roasted Stone Fruits and any of the baking juices from the fruits and drizzle over honey to serve.
