Dark Chocolate and Vino Cotto Caramel Sundae

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Almond flakes
  • to garnish Chocolate
  • to garnish Wafers

Remove the Rich Vanilla Bean Ice Cream from the freezer and allow to sit for 5 minutes to soften slightly.

Scoop the ice cream and place into serving dishes.

To serve, drizzle over the Dark Chocolate & Vino Cotto Caramel, then top with roasted almonds, shaved chocolate and a wafer to garnish.
