Green Beans with Dukkah

INGREDIENTS

  • to season Salt
  • 600g Green beans
  • 3 tbspn Dukkah

Place a large pot of salted water over a high heat and bring to the boil.

Cook the beans for 2 to 3 minutes, then drain off the water and drizzle over the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toss to coat well.

To serve, place the beans onto a serving platter and sprinkle with Dukkah .
