Maggie’s Heirloom Tomato Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 ripe heirloom tomatoes
  • To taste Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Basil

Place tomatoes into a mixing bowl and drizzle with the Vino Cotto, set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Arrange tomatoes on serving dish.

Drizzle over the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and gently toss it together. Season to taste with sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper.

Place basil leaves on top just before serving.
