Mango Fool
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 tbspn lime juice
- 100g Cream
- 100g greek yogurt
- 15g Brown Sugar
Peel and cut mango flesh from the stone.
Puree mango, lime juice and Verjuice
Whip double cream, Greek yoghurt and brown sugar.
Stir through puree and serve.
