Oysters with Pear & Ginger Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Coarse rock salt
  • Large
  • 2 Limes
  • to garnish Micro herbs

Place the rock salt onto a serving platter and place the oysters on top.

Pour the dressing into a small serving dish and place onto the platter with the lime wedges.

To serve, drizzle ½ teaspoon of the vinaigrette over each oyster and garnish with micro herbs (optional).
