Poached Pear Porridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3 Pear
  • 1 cup 'Four Leaf' oats
  • 1/4 cup Milk

Pour sugar, Verjuice, water and pears into pot and begin to boil. Cook pears for seven to eight minutes, or until soft.

Place oats and milk in microwave for 4 minutes, or until cooked.

To serve, place oats, pears and syrup in a bowl and top with flaked almonds.
