Quince Glazed Double Lamb Chops
To make the glaze, combine the Quince Paste and Verjuice and heat gently in the microwave or on the stove until melted, then add the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and mix together.
Coat lamb with quince glaze and top with chopped rosemary.
Grill over a medium heat for 4 minutes on the first side, then turn over and cook for a further 3 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Season to taste and serve.
