Sashimi of King George Whiting with Chervil and Lime

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Sashimi grade king george whiting fillets
  • 2 tbspn Chervil leaves
  • to serve Fresh lime wedges

Thinly slice the King George Whiting fillets.

Divide the slices between 4 serving plates and keep chilled, until ready to serve.

Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil onto the whiting, sprinkle over chervil and serve with a small bowl of Pear & Ginger Vinaigrette and lime wedges.

Tip: Ensure you ask your fish monger for good sashimi grade whiting or other fish which is available and keep well chilled.
