Scallop Sashimi with Olive Oil and Lemon

INGREDIENTS

  • Raw Scallop
  • To taste Salt flakes
  • To taste Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspn Chervil
  • 1 tbspn Lemon juice
  • 1 small loaf Crusty bread

Remove the roe from the scallops and discard, then dice the scallop meat into quarters.

Place the scallop meat on to a bed of ice.

Season the scallop meat with salt and pepper and drizzle with Olive oil.

Garnish with fresh chervil and serve immediately.
