Sparkling Chardonnay, Orange Blossom & Pear Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Duchess Pear
  • 3 tsp Orange Blossom Water
  • 1 cup Crushed ice

Muddle 4 wedges of fresh pear with two shots of Sparkling Chardonnay to create a rough puree

Divide mixture between two glasses

Add a pear slice in to each glass

Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of orange blossom water in to each glass

Top each glass with crushed ice

Top glasses with Sparkling Chardonnay
