Sparkling Ruby Cabernet Spritzer
Fill a jug with three large handfuls of ice.
Pour enough soda water to cover the ice, approximately half the volume of the jug.
Fill the rest of the jug with chilled Sparkling Ruby Cabernet.
Bruise the mint sprigs by squeezing gently in your hand, before pushing them down into the liquid and ice.
Pour into individual glasses and top with extra mint if desired.
