Warm Verjuice Ricotta on Ciabatta with Slow Roasted Onions

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 batch Slow Roasted Onions
  • 4 Bruschetta Base
  • 1/2 batch Warm Verjuice Ricotta
  • 2 tbspn Flat leaf parsley

Place onions evenly amongst bruschetta, top with one tablespoon (25 grams) of warm Verjuice Ricotta and finish with two tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley and a drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
